Vietnamese Bottomless Yum Cha

On Saturdays and Sundays our restaurant runs a special Vietnamese Yum Cha service for brunch.

In the rich tapestry of Vietnamese food, there are really beautiful influences from Chinese cuisine that our chefs want to pay homage to and showcase. Under the guidance of our Head chef Bryan Zhu (ex-Masterchef) he has launched this brunch menu showing the OG yum cha classics, but also the Vietnamese siblings of some of the Yum Cha staples people know widely. There are the unique Vietnamese dumplings like Banh Bot Loc and Banh Nam that are steamed in banana leaves and served with nuoc cham. Through to chilli har gow and  chicken xiu mai.

Try our signature Bun Bo Hue and Beef Pho Xiaolongbao soup dumplings that sell out each weekend.
